ABOUT ME


Meet Your Teacher

Welcome! I am so glad you are here.

My journey to the yoga mat was not traditional. As an Air Force veteran, I spent years in high-stress environments. Seeking relief, I found yoga—a practice that completely transformed my mental health and provided the grounding I desperately needed. That transformation sparked a deep passion for community and healing. Today, I am a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with advanced continuing education in Yin Yoga. I am currently in the process of completing a 300-hour training which includes chair yoga and yoga for seniors.

The Style: I love teaching all styles, but Yin and Power are my favorites.

The Environment: I focus heavily on inclusion, creating a safe space where every body belongs.

The Goal: To build a supportive community and help others find inner peace.

Off the Mat: My life at home is beautifully chaotic. I am happily married with a wonderful blended family of six kids ranging in age from 20 to 4. Whether you are here to heal your mind or find your people, you have a home in my classes. Let's breathe and connect together.
